 Hacker's Ethics The hacker's ideals/ethics are very much applicable, the difference would have to be the skills and will of an individual. The higher skilled hacker's are gonna be more interested in the ordeal as a whole, making them be curious and creative by itself and what those skills would be used for is dependant on the will. Most likely it's going to be either for money or for completing projects, could also be for both. But the ideal that information should be free and that computers should be used for expressing creativity, freedom and offering solutions that never thought of before is without a doubt what computers should be used for. While being a hacker is a label that is controversial to some, in terms of how one becomes a hacker, the general ideals of a hacker are in place. Skills and attitude about the hacker's ideals is all you should need to define a hacker.

 Censorship There still aren't very good algorithms or bots that can scour videos or text properly to filter or outright "delete" content that by polocies should be censored either due to the audience possibly being young or for avoiding conflict and keeping the fires in control.
